Fix-A-Roo – Pricing Guide
Below pricing is effective September 2025. Final rates are determined after an initial estimate.
Service Call / Small Jobs
Examples: Hanging shelves, leaky faucets, patching drywall, furniture assembly, replacing door handles, minor caulking
Service Rate
Minimum service call (includes first hour of labor) $95
Additional small jobs during same visit $50–$75 each
Hourly Rate – Larger Projects
Examples: Painting, flooring replacement, light fixture installation, gutter cleaning, deck or fence repairs, appliance installation
Service Rate
Hourly Rate $75/hour (1-hour minimum, billed in 15-min increments)

Materials Billed at cost + 10% markup (for pickup)

Distance from Fix-A-Roo Office Rate
First 10 miles No Charge Included
Over 10 miles $1.50/mile (round trip)
Over 30 miles $40/hour travel time
After-Hours & Emergency Service

Same-day emergency service +$75
